I was looking after a dear friend who was seriously ill. When it became
clear that she would pass away, I invited Angie to call. Angie came quietly into my friend's room,
sat at the foot of her bed, and prayed. My friend was at that time very sensitive to visitors, and
concerned about the possibility of being gawped at, but later she asked me who had been there, and
it was clear that she had found Angie's presence clear and light and pleasant. These are qualities
that I strongly associate with Angie. When the time came to arrange my friend's funeral, Angie
showed considerable sensitivity and care in ensuring that everything was thought of and that the
shape of the ceremony accorded with the wishes of those close to my friend. The final ceremony was
a weaving together of the contributions of many people, held by Angie with those qualities of
lightness, clarity and caring that she had demonstrated throughout. One of the mourners contacted
me later to say that she had been so favourably impressed by the service that she wanted to invite
Angie to conduct her forthcoming wedding.

We had the perfect funeral service for Mum - it was personal, moving and
uplifting. Will has natural warmth and serenity, and we found him sensitive and caring, able to be
empathetic, but also practical. He's compassionate and understanding whilst competent and
professional which we found invaluable. Together we created a beautiful service to honour Mum's
life and say goodbye. I keep replaying it in my mind and it's a great comfort. It's impossible to
give a higher recommendation for Will.

Angie held the memorial service with great heart, bringing both depth and
lightness to the event. With gentle, yet firm presence she created a space for grief, love and
other feelings to be present. At our preparatory meetings I appreciated Angie's creative input as
well as her openness for my suggestions. The memorial service for my friend became a meaningful
farewell, a celebration of his life and an offering of blessings for his journey.
